YOUTH AS EXPERIENCER Steve Moreno is currently 44 years old. Prior to 24 years of age his life was filled with psychic and paranormal experiences originating from his early child hood and continuing through into his early 20’s. Though he was fascinated and enlightened by these experiences he also struggled with them, as he really had no point of reference. Society as a whole seemed to deny the existence of such things and it was only through outer fringe groups and organizations that he could find solace and possible advice. But Steve was not content with societies stigma of denial, and he sought to draw upon his early childhood’s keen
interest in science to begin a pattern of investigation, documentation, and proof into his own experiences. As many, whom knew him at the time, were witnesses to some of these events, he still led a 1-man mission, a lonely one at that, to make the connections and ties to all the synchronically and phenomenal events that were occurring around him. It was during this time he contacted a Ph.D. Parapsychologists and received acknowledgment as to the reality of his circumstances. In fact that they were very similar, to a degree at least, to a fellow known as Ted Owens, or the PK Man in some circles. Many of these events almost seemed inter dimensional in nature, and many times
related to elements associated with beings tied to GOD and ETI. Certain visions, directives, and training seemed to be implied through these experiences, and the very core of the environment, and Earth itself, seemed quick to respond to the emotional feedback he put out.
FATE OF AN N.D.E. Through his searches to understand the truth fate led Steve down an interesting path one evening. Out in a remote rural area he was looking into the sky one evening, watching aircraft drift home to Travis AFB from the distant horizon. As he reflected he began to sink into a depression and uncertainty, as to what degree of reality any of his experiences truly had. He began to doubt the knowledge, which had been imparted to him, and marked all related events to coincidence. In his lull, as many times before, he decided to go home early and simply sleep it off. As he sped off down the road, little did he know that fate and circumstances were about to test his faith and true belief in the reality of GOD, as he had so many times experienced, or so he thought? His car began to tumble rapidly end over end, yet for him it occurred in slow motion, and he began to think how he couldn’t believe this was happening to him. And how he truly wanted to live, not loose his precious life. In this slow motion process he asked GOD to please let him survive this certain ‘death throw’, in one untouched piece, and that in return he would pursue the one repeating directive or vision he had been continuously receiving. That indeed if he could survive this test, un-crippled, that he would never doubt again the reality of GODS presence within his life, and would put his all into the creation of Psi APPLICATIONS as it had been laid out to him. Indeed that he would never again regret his life in all its fullness, with all its connections, and would in fact absorb himself in the gracefulness of such an opportunity, to make a difference within the realm of Mankind. The vehicle finally came to rest after landing upside down. Steve realized he was indeed still conscious, and in one piece. He looked over to the passenger door and it slowly opened up. He struggled to crawl out on his back and could not believe how beautiful all the stars appeared in the sky, at this crucial moment of reconciliation within his life. He struggled to his feet to witness that he indeed still had all his facilities. He dared to ask GOD for yet one more miracle. He asked that his sole dedicated companion of many years “Koenig”, a white German Shepherd, also be allowed to survive this test, and to continue on as the true inspirational link he had originally started out as many years earlier. At that point Koenig began to also crawl out. He struggled to stand up and shook himself off, with an excited look in his eyes, as if he was going to get his favorite rock thrown or something. He also survived all in one piece, and passed the test of faith as Steve had prayed. Of course Steve was in bad shape and shock slowly began to set in. In his succumbing state he asked yet one more favor of GOD. He asked that he be allowed to just get the ‘hell’ out of there as fast as possible. A fellow then stopped by in a truck and told him to jump in. He didn’t even know who this was, just that it was the third wish met as asked from the source, whom had graciously complied. As they took off down the road the car literally exploded, as emergency crews were racing to the fiery scene from a distance. The next day Steve began to realize why everyone was so shocked by the fact he had been
in the vehicle. The hard top car was flattened like a pancake, and whatever survived this fiery wreck was burned up in the exploding inferno afterwards. The real catch of it all was the doors couldn’t have ever possibly opened, for they were crushed into the inside of the car. In fact anyone whom claimed to be inside would have definitely remained trapped, unless a miracle might save them.
PATH & COMMITMENT TO Psi APPLICATIONS Ever since that day Steve had no doubt as to the reality of his connections and experiences. Strange as it was though his connection to those experiences subsided by 80% as a result of that accident. It was as if a switch had been flicked or something. It was quite a road of recovery for him, for he had many broken bones within his feet and ankles, however he pursued a complete act of faith in his new found proof of GODS reality. He self healed himself within a months time. The doctors were amazed as x-rays would make them wonder how is this man walking again? Some 20 years later Steve has actively pursued, with full force and vigor, his promise to create and spearhead the vision of Psi APPLICATIONS. It hasn’t been easy however, for starting out without any degrees or professional associations star, it would also take a complete act of faith. And also much humble communication to tie it all together and achieve such a thing. This is exactly what he has done over the years such then, and in that process has met with many noted persons. Also he investigated and researched into numerous anomalous cases and circumstances, which came his way. He began to realize a pattern indicating the presence of a higher reality, beings, and space, which seemed could be tapped right from our own current life space in which we all existed. He still has his own limited degree of experiences and contacts also as is proven by some of the various investigations he is involved in. However he now undergoes them as an investigator, and he does the same with many other ‘contactees’ he has become associated with over time. Beware though, because as an investigator he is quick to call a charlatan when realized. One such individual as Sheldon Nidle shows Steve’s commitment to nothing but the truth. Steve has likened Psi APPLICATIONS to a seed in the freezer of time, which has just recently been taken out and germinated. Now it is the time to bring this germination into its full-grown reality. He asks for help in this process, and is looking for like-minded, kindred souls, whom may also want to embark on a real search for truth and all stands for. Steve’s association and accomplishments are to many to list here, but the main one of all is his steadfast course of steering Psi APPLICATIONS all the way through, to a world wide networking facility in which all races, faiths, and institutions within humanity can integrate, share, and grow. Grow into the true reality of spirit and cosmic existence. Also to possibly fully realize other intelligent life forms throughout out our universe within that process.
