JAMES GILLILAND / MT. ADAMS INVESTIGATION Prime Investigator & Author - Steve Moreno REPORT FILE DATE: 6-1-03 FIELD LOCATION: Gilliland Ranch, Trout Lake, Washington EXCURSION DATES: 5-5-03 to 5-10-03 LOCATION WITNESSES: Steve Moreno, Robert Mitchell, James Gilliland, Spar Giedeman, Giorgio Piacenza SUMMARY: A 1 week research excursion was undertaken by myself and associate Robert Mitchell up to James Gilliland's ranch by Mt. Adams up in Washington State. The following is a report on the details and incidents that occurred, which are of significance to this ongoing investigation. All witnesses listed were staying at this location throughout the week and can testify to the validity of this report. Throughout the week, with Robert Mitchell's professional assistance, I conducted several important video taped interviews with these witnesses on related matters. These will be released at a later date when processed. Each night we conducted sky watches with assorted equipment ready to document anything that might occur. There were several significant events that stand out as anomalies, and could not be tied to natural or explainable circumstances. Those events are detailed in this report in a chronological order with associated documentation, analysis, and input.
EVENT #1 Date: 4-29-03 Witnesses Present: James Gilliland & Spar Giedeman Incident: James had received a telepathic impression or message from an ET contact he is familiar with. She had related to him that there would be a demonstrative fly over at a set time and proximity over the ranch. He related this information to Spar a couple of hours before this event actually occurred. As such, Spar was prepared with camcorder in hand and obtained some excellent footage of this event. He was utilizing James' new 3 chip camcorder, which allowed the capture of excellent resolution and details on this UFO. Spar had called me the next evening and was excited about the significance of this event and the outstanding footage he obtained. Particularly how the event occurred exactly as James had pre cognitively stated it would. In my initial assessment on this I would have to agree as this particular footage stands out from the rest as a well defined brilliant blue sphere is seen with complete clarity in this rare piece of fly over footage. Further details and research is being conducted on this to be posted in this report at a later date. The following is a clip of this footage. Please note that the date and time on the cam that this footage was shot with was wrong and not properly set. The correct date was April 29, 2003 and the time was aprox. 10:00 PM.
Event #2 Date: 5-5-03 Witnesses Present: All Incident The following is a rather intriguing development in an initial bit map and still frame analyses from some excellent video footage of a brilliant stationary UFO that I had the opportunity to video tape, as one of 5 credible people who witnessed the event. The fact of the matter is, complacency had gotten the better of us. As 'discriminating' observers and investigators we had all taken note of this rather unusual large stationary undulating light, appearing and summarily dismissed as a star or a planet, simply due to an immediate predisposition to filter it out of the UFO category due to its seemingly fixed position and camouflaged appearance. In the video clip, discussion can be heard between us as James and Robert noticed the anomalous appearance and subtle movements of this UFO. I admit to being the guilty party in sealing this away as a 'known' factor as I zeroed in on it with the zoom of my Sony Hi-8 Night Cam. I erroneously categorized it as an astronomical body replying to their inquires that it was simply a 'bright' undulating star down close to the horizon. Just the fact that this object was definitely brighter then Venus, with a magnitude of 5.0+ or so, should have served as a cue to this error, however there was so much other frequent activity occurring I was more preoccupied to zero in on the unknown high flying moving objects we were seeing, most of which were probably satellites having a magnitude of 3.5 to 4.0 and dimmer. FYI higher magnitude = dimmer & lower/negative magnitudes = brighter. Venus = aprox. -4+ magnitude give or take I believe. By all rights we should have been more diligent in this operation with a map of the celestial sky and star charts, instead of immediately categorizing something just because it fit so easily into the 'astronomical body slot' with its pulsating, seemingly stationary, app appearance.. It was lucky I've learned long ago to always record whatever is being imaged through a cam, that might be serving more as a telescope in some cases, for the worse thing that can occur is a little wasted tape and battery power, for one never knows the value that 'appearances' may reveal at a later time. It seemed to us this object had been there for some time, and continued to remain so, never distinctly making a movement of any discernible distance that would liken it to a hovering object. In fact it is interesting as you can hear us discussing that its proximity towards the horizon could be responsible for its bright undulating effect due to tricks of atmospheric magnification and such. Yet on the same tone we all begin to discuss how we each had a past authentic UFO event, which at first was thought to be a star, and how it was theorized in some circles that UFO's might successfully camouflage themselves as a star from time to time, for surely even the most astute astronomers wouldn't always know every single light body in the night sky at all times, and initially it would be so easy for anyone in passing to dismiss such a stationary light as such, particularly being one of literally hundreds or thousands depending on the observers location. Well there is something to be said for the practice of such simplistic discriminating protocols as these, rather it be due to lack of time or just being a total novice in the field, for it was the next evening when I was again standing out in the field at the same time and was astounded to realize how this same simplistic critical flow analyses path had firmly placed this light into the UFO category. It no longer existed near the proximity of its appearance the prior evening, as any true astronomical body would have to be, and in fact there was no light of similar character to be found anywhere in the canopy of the starlit sky. So with an earnest interest I have endeavored to spend some time on this one, as its a great video clip that successfully zooms in on a 'semi' stationary object, which I'm initially guessing was probably no less then a distance of several miles away and perhaps under 3000' high in elevation. In all reality there is the high probability this craft was involved in a 'reckon' operation of our very core group which, though very small, consisted of substantial individuals, all seriously connected with 'contact scenarios' of one sort or another all within a current time frame - relative to the 'field'. If we had known and were aware of this, the possibilities were awesome to consider, for our interaction utilizing CE-5 protocols with this craft could have potentially resulted in a landing with a full encounter and interfacing. While I have been involved in this field as an investigator and researcher for some 25 years plus, I have learned through this how 'no experience' in the world can ever be a substitute for complacency and the 'unexpected' wild cards that will always present themselves, and likewise how one should never consider themselves a qualified 'expert' by any means, without first realizing their shortcomings in current knowledge or field practices. And truly that it is only with this attitude one can pass the test of objective discernment and considerations that's required in this field, less we become subject to adding to that very quandary of 'unknown' factors, which truly do exist in this research. As such, I lay out my "novice" work here in image analyses & enhancement procedures, which I may have raised some controversy in the past having obtained results showing distinct details of what appears as anomalous saucer type craft. As I consider myself to be a 'novice' in these processes, I consider this a disclaimer to any claim of rock solid authenticity to the appearance of these results, particularly in the wake of something such as the 'SOHO / Euroseti' controversy. Therefore I remain totally open to constructive critical input and assistance for these process's, as any expert whom is qualified in 'Image Science' might offer us here in the vein of ascertaining truth in these matters, regardless of its friction against any preset paradigm or belief system. After all, this is what science if for, right? Until then we have applied ourselves in this process of analyses by networking further into more intricate software programs, knowledgeable lay persons in this talent, and an endless available reservoir of scientific knowledge and resources that's now available on the web for this. All researchers now truly have this capability at their fingertips, without having to own expensive labs and equipment, or acquiring a major degree to work in one. All serious researchers owe it to this field to endeavor to learn the basic and more intricate physics associated with this cutting edge field of 'Image Science' so a more qualifying justified quantification process can then become applied to all the endless types of video footage and still imagery being documented on the phenomenon throughout the world. This is the monumental evidence that's now available in almost endless quantities for all of us to work with, and once a process of solidifying its substantial scientific value has been undertaken en mass, there will be none other then the startling conclusion that the UFO / ETI enigma is, and always has been, indeed a very real 'reality'. This prerelease is offered initially in the interest of James and all of us who were there as witnesses to this. A formal release will follow before the close of this weekend that will also include a short AVI clip of this very anomalous UFO. Essentially I feel the video footage offers a solid foundation to substantiate this as well documented UFO activity for having become digitized into the computer at 30 frames per second it would seem near impossible for the hundreds of sequential still images to all reveal the same end result , as some might ht claim from rendering glitches, over pixilations, artifacts, etc.... Especially when they all tie so neatly together forming a seamless pattern that documents this otherwise. I would be very interested to see a serious undertaking of this analyses to underscore, or put to rest, whatever the truth may be. What I offer here now in this prerelease is a series of bit map images that covers a time span of aprox. 3 seconds or so. Laid out in sequence below the signature line, the first series of bit map images are original frames with only slight adjustments in contrast and brightness. Though highly speculative it appears in the series that the 3 dark spheroids rotate randomly around a center pulsating light, eventually growing in formation to become observable in the form of a 'craft', all the while emitting a hyperactive bright plasma or corona field around it throughout the process. It appears as if these 3 dark spherical objects are working to create a vortex, field, or spatial warp of some sort, which then may allow the craft to become firmly materialized in our current dimensional time frame. There are haunting similarities between the details of this enhanced image of a craft and the still frame enhancements from our former 'Trick or Treat UFO' case file back in Oct. 31st of 2000, down to the details of what appears like the "communication's rods" seen on many of Billy Meier's Pleiadian 'Beam Ship' images. #2. 2 seconds later the spheroids can be observed moving counter clockwise at aprox. the 3:00 position on the right.
#3. Craft now becoming discernible without enhancements. In large un compressed format vivid details stand out. Spheroids can still be seen orbiting the craft in the video.
#4. It appears in this image that all 3 spheroids are now in the right quadrant of the orbit around the craft.
