Psi APPLICATIONS plans to provide a variety of report formats  for anomalous experiences from NDE's to UFO's. These will be electronic data base processing forms which will enable individuals to privately report information on their experiences. Eventually  the data collected will become a valuble resource for research and understanding about the nature of such experiences, and the common elements/interrelationships many of them may have.
