INTRODUCTION

Back in July of this year 3 unprecedented events occurred in Solano County, California USA. Paranormal in nature, they were better known as 'Crop Circles', a phenomena with its primary focus in the England area, but recently manifesting here in the USA as well over the past few years. This however was the first time anything this substantial occurred in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the exception of one similar event, minor in nature, which occured over in the Santa Rosa area several years ago.

Psi APPLICATIONS is a non-profit research foundation, which conducts investigations and research into such matters. The director Steve Moreno is local to Fairfield and has been featured in the past investigating paranormal cases of various types. However Steve had never been to a Crop Circle before these local events, yet he was still abreast of the latest information and research going on within the field. The foundation's charter to study all related facets of paranormal phenomenon, indicative of a positive or beneficial nature, demanded keeping up with an endless onslaught of information and news through worldwide networks Psi APP is tied into. The chain of events in this particular case placed him directly in the center of that network, a point for all connections and investigative research to be consulted with, as these three formations existed literally right out his back door.

As he became actively involved on all levels, tapping into seasoned experts from all corners of the globe, he went through a literal 'indoctrination by fire' into Cereology, taking him from 'novice' to the 'quasi-expert' level in a period of less then 6 months bringing us to the point we're at today. As the physical central point in this case file he became the lead investigator taking it beyond the normality point that anyone else would have ever done. A point where recognition of a window of opportunity was observed. A point where perseverance and determination would lead a team of professional colleagues to collaborate and join forces to present their scientific findings for the first time, through an unprecedented press conference, conducted to raise the scientific, academic, and the public mindset to an awareness level of the possible realities that truly existed in the phenomenon, despite any conflicts, preset paradigms, or expectations already imprinted into society.

The data they present provides strong evidence based upon established scientific protocols for the authenticity of this case, as well as the elusive phenomenon overall. Through Steve was the driving force and impetus behind this momentum, it was only possible with the guidance, active participation, and collaborative work of a small core team of various qualified experts associated with the field. Overall, their 5 month investigation produced some intriguing scientific findings and results that would open the doors to Cereology as never before, for straight out recognition and acknowledgement by mainstream society taking it all into a serious consideration.

Until now, information regarding the validity of 'authentic' Crop Circles has remained elusive and 'unknown' to the public 'main stream'. This general naivety on such things seems empowered by a typical 'Doug and Dave' syndrome, sporting a basic tenet of 'if we can fake or duplicate it - then their never was an 'authentic' or real anomaly or phenomenon, AND FURTHER that all related subsequent events thereafter into the future would automatically be classified as such, to hold no truth. This friends is 'flatlander thinking' from the dark ages long past. Its also the biggest dupe ever played on the collective mind set, yet it works so well with its combined psychological strategies, aimed at keeping the blinders on so the established 'norm' should not be upset. Most folks are astounded when they find out there is a grain of truth in these matters, realizing that somehow they may have been literally brain washed to just simply exist - all along........... in a state of denial.

Psi APPLICATIONS believes this is the worse path mankind could embark upon, as he becomes stagnate and still in such a process, with no forward momentum or advancement in a time when its truly needed most. Yet new discovery and advancement awaits. It awaits for nothing more then our own conscious awareness of the very Universe we all live in. A Universe where truth will remain as a constant weather we choose to recognize it or not. A Universe in which we may advance and grow with the endless boundaries of unlimited potentials, for it is only then that may we embark upon a path of quantum evolution that's awaiting for us all.

This is the main drive of our momentum in this case file with 3 Crop Circles as its basis, to present factual documented scientific research and data surrounding just one such phenomenon. Hopefully this will then help to raise awareness and consciousness on such matters, to open the doorways of the creative HUMAN 'mindset', so it may permeate and advance into all future generations to come!
