Anomolous even 'bowing' effect evidenced in the Northern end of every circle.  This bowing alignment totally even as could be evidenced by placement of a straight edge, and subsequent rows moving down each leg would be the same, only to a lesser degree, until about the 5th or 6th row back in the leg whereby the next row would then just extend out at a straight 45% angle.
